Therapy that is practical, personal, and collaborative.
Katie Camus, LCSW, LSSW, works with preteens, teens, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward.
Her approach combines traditional talk therapy with practical, real-life strategies. For kids and teens especially, therapy doesn't always have to mean sitting on a couch and talking for an hour.
Her perspective is also shaped by years of school-based work and special education advocacy, as well as more than 15 years leading community-based support for pregnant women and mothers of young children.
